Longing

There was suddenly a sharp ache in my heart. A desire, a longing for..something. Something was missing from my heart. 

And that 'something' was only filled as I began to pray; when I turned to You to fill that longing and desire, whatever it was. I just whispered, "Fill this longing in me Lord, whatever it is." 

I give You my heart, Lord. Fill this heart with your love so overwhelming, that it will ache simply because I cannot contain the love that You have for me.
